Orders over $40 will not be charged the Standard Shipping fee. These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Offer excludes additional shipping charges for oversized items.
When will my order ship?
Orders with standard shipping typically ship within 2-3 business days after being placed. All orders placed between 11:01am EST on Fridays and 11:59pm EST on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
What do you charge for Standard Shipping?
Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $3.50, and FREE shipping on orders over $40 shipped within United States. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless requested by the customer at the time of purchase by choosing from our different options such as USPS Priority, or Priority Express, or by selecting a different shipping carrier such as Fedex, UPS.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
The estimated delivery times after an order has been processed are as follows:
USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days from ship date.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days from ship date.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. Expedited orders via UPS will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 a.m. EST (8 a.m. PST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST (8 a.m. PST) will be processed and shipped the following day.
For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 11 a.m. EST (8 a.m. PST) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. If you have any questions, send us an email to email@example.com All orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday if shipped via USPS. UPS orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. The day your order is processed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico sometimes can't take a couple of days more.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for information display correctly. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package atfedex.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we won't be able to change the address.
How about Refused or Undeliverable Packages?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order. You will be charged shipping and handling only once. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via Ground shipping.

What do you charge for shipping an order?

All International orders are shipped via DHL Express or USPS International. It may take 2-15 business days from ship date. However, please note that certain international orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered.
Can I expedite my international order?
We offer International Express Shipping at checkout with DHL. Express orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Processing time may be delayed due to payment verification. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. These time estimates do not include any time packages may be held in customs. Customs hold times are at the discretion of a country's government and speeds cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
How do I track my package?
International orders are shipped via DHL Express and will be delivered to your door. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email (if applicable). You may copy and paste your tracking number into the DHL website to find any tracking information available for your package.
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier.

All transactions are deemed completed upon Sock Season's verification that an order has been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service by a delivery confirmation receipt number for international orders. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. We are only responsible if your order was shipped via DHL. Please note that United States Postal Service International Mail do NOT offer tracking information outside of the U.S. The status update of "Processing through custom" listed under the features column of the tracking information indicates that the order has left the U.S. to its destination country. Please be aware of your Country's Postal Service, if you know your local Postal Service doesn't offer a good service WE ADVISE YOU TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING METHOD.
Please note that in the following countries: Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Cyprus and Venezuela the shipping via USPS First Class and Priority Mail an estimated delivery time can't be guarantee sometimes it may take up to four months and we are not responsible of any delays. We advise you to choose a different shipping option.
Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Maybe. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility. Please be advised that you are responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties and any other charges that may be imposed.
What happens if I refuse the package?
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping charges
- Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
